Great Winexpress strategy shifted focus from trading and distribution via commissioned agents and distributors /importers, to own direct Importation with Local Warehousing and Distribution, using established locally based professional sales and marketing teams.
To enhance growth opportunities and Sustainability, working surround One teamwork interest, Great Winexpress has built various Exclusive Agency agreements or Joint Venture agreements with Principle Manufacturers; and created Local marketing and sales teams to promote sales and distribution of the products, as well as to provide technical backup services to the local and regional export markets.
